1. Telling Jose how my dad used to say, "A lot of people think drinkin' is fun. It's not. It's hard fucking work." Jose and I laughed hard together.
2. My student Robbie brought a sixteen ounce unopened can of energy drink to class. I opened it and took the first drink from the can, to the pleasure of the class, including Robbie.
3. Dilly-dallying around at school instead of going home and having wonderful, spontaneous conversation with Ann Marie and Dan and then, Kate and Russell.
