1. Mom's 82nd birthday!
2. I got to read even more of my Timothy Egan book in the Coeur d'Alene Mall while Mom and Christy shopped at J. C. Penney and Macy's.
3. Lars, Stu, Jake, Ed, Joni, Carol Lee and I had a great party at the Jacobs' abode.....good drinks, lots of laughs, superb chili and clam chowder, and fantastic NCAA men's basketball. I loved watching the Ducks defeat UCLA.
