1. I really enjoy this two days a week teaching life free of governmental responsibilities at LCC. I'm enjoying my students and feeling of being rested when I teach. It's a great way to work -- being rested.
2. Remember that Seagram's 7 and ginger ale? Two cocktails made from that modest reward were very relaxing upon my return home from school.
3. The relaxation continued at Billy Mac's. I shot the breeze with Mike, Pam, Karen, and Bob and enjoyed Chef Billy's scrumptious prime rib dip sandwich.

I wish I lived close to a store. Ginger ale would be on the shopping list tonight. It sounds like a great combo.
