I admire you for your work and for your understanding of the human condition. Education is not black and white as some people in our government would like to make it.Student of Lifehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/05531260329879266893noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35367059.post-48377146563867944192007-09-28T11:20:00.000-07:002007-09-28T11:20:00.000-07:00Very nice post. Many people just don’t think they have what it takes to get started and some just need a little push. The other afternoon one of my kidnap victims, that never started school, but has changed her view of work to be more career minded, stopped by. She was sharing her story with another young mom that did start school because of our trip to the college. The story was out! My only worry is that now they don’t feel special because I do this for many people. Not all go on to college but most do see their future with a more positive outlook. They are all special. They are the children, all grown up, that just needed someone to say “you can do it!”Hopehttps://www.blogger.com/profile/12734740706179101100noreply@blogger.comtag:blogger.com,1999:blog-35367059.post-73137418787957592812007-09-27T09:27:00.000-07:002007-09-27T09:27:00.000-07:00Well said!
