Silver Valley Girl's Tree

Since Silver Valley Girl posts a picture of her backyard tree every day, I thought I'd join in and post a picture of her tree myself. These were taken from her laundry room.

Life's Maintenance

As a culture, we usually think of the routine maintenance of life as something done by the unpowerful. We ignore those processes, thinking that our resources are endless, and that our landfills are infinite. If the president had to do his own laundry, this would be a better country.

Very nice. I love Barbara Kingsolver. Well, back to my piles of "life maintenance" gathered in the laundry room.

Great quote. I would like to see George do my job, but I don't think it would be a good idea to give him a box cutter. He might hurt somebody. Heh..
